1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TikDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and sellers.
2. Description of service
TikDrop provides a curated product catalog, short-form creative resources, seller tools, store integrations, and order-fulfillment services. We are a software platform and sourcing partner; you remain responsible for your storefront, marketing, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Product listings and pricing
Catalog data, including product costs, suggested retail prices, inventory estimates, and shipping times, is provided for guidance only. Market conditions, supplier costs, and shipping rates may change. You are responsible for setting final prices and ensuring your listings comply with platform rules and consumer protection laws.
5. Fulfillment
When you submit an order through TikDrop, we coordinate picking, packing, and shipping through our fulfillment network. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary by destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
6. Payments
TikDrop currently does not require a recurring platform subscription. When you submit an order for fulfillment, you authorize the applicable product and shipping charges shown for that order. Any optional paid service will be disclosed before purchase. Taxes may apply.
7. Intellectual property
TikDrop owns all rights in the platform, branding, and ready-made video creatives provided through the service, subject to the license granted to you for marketing the products you source from us. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of TikDrop content outside the scope of your seller account.
8. Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful advertising, final pricing, taxes, customer service, refunds and chargebacks, product suitability, and compliance with consumer, product-safety and marketplace rules in every market they serve. Sellers must not make unsupported product, health, performance or earnings claims using TikDrop resources.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not use TikDrop for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. This includes infringing intellectual property rights, misrepresenting products, manipulating reviews, scraping data, interfering with platform operations, or violating the terms of any integrated marketplace.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms, fraud, or risk to our operations or other users.
11. Results and service disclaimer
TikDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, traffic, content reach, product performance or uninterrupted service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikDrop and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
13. Governing law
The governing law and forum will be the jurisdiction of TikDrop's legal operator. The owner must publish the operator's legal business name, registered address and governing jurisdiction before relying on this provision.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of TikDrop after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
